How may I order the software? |
|
|
|

You may place your order under the heading "order or shop". By clicking on "order" you will see your choice of products. After clicking on the "OK" button the chosen products immediately appear on the list above the "OK" button.
If you chose to select further products, these will be added to the list. When your chosen list of products is complete please click on the button "continue".
After clicking on the "continue" button you will be requested to log in to your account in case you are already registered as one of our regular customers or to register as a new customer. |

In both cases, your product selection will be retrieved automatically by the system.
After having fully filled in the appearing mask – which will also automatically appear for our regular customers to be able to communicate any possible data changes to us – please simply send it to us.
As soon as your order has reached us, you will get an email confirming the receipt of your order and an invoice. |

What do I get after placing an order? |

Before your delivery you get an invoice via e-mail, if you are already registered as one of our regular customers. As soon as we have received your payment, we will send your order via e-mail within a period of 2 working days. |

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund your money, if you have chosen the wrong product or the wrong version for your operating system or in case your computer does not |

fullfil the minimum systems requirements that are necessary. We can only refund your money, if you are unable to work adequately with our product because of serious deficiencies. |
