  Which types of support are available?      
  mediareif offers 3 levels of support:
Support-Level 1: Technical FAIR LIMIT SUPPORT for ComfortSQL Query-, Developer- and Crypto- Editions invariably takes place via e-mail for the duration of one year after purchase.
  Support-Level 2: This class of support for ComfortSQL Query-, Developer- and Crypto- Editions includes support via telephone (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.) or email for one year after purchase.
Support-Level 3: Service contract for db projects
         
         
  How do I get support for my software?        
  Technical support takes place according to the support level ordered, provided you are registered with us.
In the Customer Care Centre you will find the password-protected area "Support query" where you can ask technical questions concerning the products.
  If you are a support level 2 customer you can simply call us or send us an email.
We will respond to your request on average within 2 working days for support level 1 or within 1 working day for support level 2.
 
         
         
  How much does the support service cost?        
  Support-Level 1: FAIR LIMIT SUPPORT is free for one year from the date of purchase.
We however reserve the right to charge you for over-extensive use of our technical support after prior notification.
  Support-Level 2: The price for this support class depends on the DBMS you are using. For prices please consult our range of products listed under the menu item "order".
Support-Level 3: For questions about service contract please contact us.
